We all know that Santa Claus is fast. He can reach every family in the world overnight, so it's no wonder he can go to so many places in Menxian this month.
His stops will include the 10th Happy Tree Festival at the Door County Maritime Museum (DCMM) on November 13. Santa Claus will arrive at 10 am-with the help of the US Coast Guard-and take a photo with the tourists, 10:30 am-2 pm.
During the holiday season from November 13th to January 2nd, beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and ornaments will make the museum a winter wonderland. Many include gifts, all of which are donated to the museum by community businesses and individuals. Every time you pay to enter the museum, a free lottery ticket will be generated, and you have a chance to win one of many festival works. Visitors can purchase additional tickets to get more chances of winning.
On November 14, 21, and 28, every child aged 17 and under accompanied by an adult will participate in this activity and DCMM for free on every Sunday during the holiday season; December 5, 12, 19, and 26 Day; and January 2.
The festival will be held on December 14th, the annual Jingle Mixer Gala. Put on your festive outfit, enjoy live music, auctions, appetizers and open bars, while experiencing the museum at night. Jingle Mixer Gala has a limited number of tickets and will go on sale on November 15th. Museum guests can start bidding and auction packages online from November 29th.
Are you interested in creating, decorating and donating a tree, wreath or decorations to be part of the Happy Hour Tree Festival? During the six-week festival period, trees and decorations are displayed with the name and logo of the donor or sponsor. All proceeds are used to support DCMM's annual operating fund.
