Accidents: Sept. 19: A Farden Twp. caller reported a four-door car apparently being rammed into a tree and other things;

Sept. 20: A caller reported his daughter was in an accident on Sept. 14 on the way to school;

Sept. 22: A side-by-side rollover was reported with two injured;

Sept. 24: A County 4 caller reported falling asleep behind the wheel and going into the ditch;

Sept. 25: A single-vehicle accident was reported with airbags deployed and broken glass; An apparently intoxicated male reportedly drove his vehicle into the ditch; A caller reported a tree fell on a truck while it was being driven.

Animal Related: Sept. 19: A black Lab with no collar was found in Nevis, and caller said they will keep it for a while and had posted it on social media; A caller reported a reddish cow on a trail; An officer reported a squad vehicle vs. deer accident with minimal damage on the passenger side;

Sept. 20: A 299th Ave. caller reported chasing cows out of his yard and said they were now on the road;

Sept. 21: A caller reported hitting a deer and was unsure whether the deer was dead; A caller found a dog along the roadway and said they were staying with it; A County 25 caller complained that she has joint custody of a dog with her ex, and he moved to Duluth, taking the dog; A State Hwy. 34 caller reported an ongoing issue with neighbors’ dogs coming over to harass her livestock;

Sept. 22: A County 3 caller reported a neighbor’s cattle were in her cabin’s yard again; A 189th Ave. caller reported a deer needing to be dispatched; A State Hwy. 64 caller reported three black cows getting close to the roadway;

Sept. 23: A caller reported he dispatched a deer that was hit by a car and got it off the road, and caller’s father would retrieve the deer shortly; A mail carrier reported cows out on 444th Ave.; A Straight River Twp. caller reported a horse ran away and they were unable to find it; A caller complained about two brown and white cows; A caller reported a deer in the ditch needing to be put down;

Sept. 24: A County 4 caller reported a vehicle vs. deer accident with no human injuries, vehicle drivable, deer dead on the shoulder but in good condition for meat salvaging; A Henrietta Twp. caller reported a deer with a broken leg stuck in her fence, apparently needing to be dispatched, and caller wanted a possession tag; A 398th St. caller reported two dogs showed up; A Nevis Twp. caller reported their dog ran away; A 500th St. caller reported a white Lab that wouldn’t leave the area and wouldn’t let children play at a party; A Hubbard Twp. caller requested advice about a wounded deer in his driveway;

Sept. 25: A 185th Ave. caller complained about a neighbor’s dogs barking for the last half-hour; A County 4 caller reported a deer needing to be dispatched; A 149th Ave. caller reported someone ran over her dog with a car.

Assaults/Harassment: Sept. 19: A 247th Ave. caller had questions about a harassment restraining order out on his daughter;

Sept. 20: A 109th Ave. caller said his daughter reported an older man in a red car asked them to get in his car;

Sept. 21: An Akeley Twp. caller reported receiving a threatening text message;

Sept. 22: A Laporte caller reported her son was physically assaulted at school by another student;

Sept. 23: A Helga Twp. caller reported their 16-year-old was breaking things and out of control; A Laporte caller reported their son was being mistreated by school staff;

Sept. 25: A Farden Twp. caller reported a physical domestic incident in progress.

Burglaries/Theft: Sept. 19: A Todd Twp. caller reported a scam;

Sept. 20: Interior basement and family room entry alarms were activated on County 7; A County 33 caller reported a possible scam about power being turned off; A County 25 caller received the ongoing electrical scam call and said they want it to stop;

Sept. 21: An overhead garage door alarm was activated in Nevis Twp.; A patio door burglar alarm was activated in Rockwood Twp.;

Sept. 23: A Rockwood Twp. caller reported a possible scam, saying their husband gave the suspects a total of $4,000;

Sept. 24: An entry/exit alarm was activated on County 13.

Fires: Sept. 21: A general fire alarm, an upstairs smoke detector and a panic alarm were activated on County 3;

Sept. 23: A smoke alarm was activated in Henrietta Twp.; A fire alarm was activated in Todd Twp.; A Hubbard Twp. caller reported a residence on fire.

Medical: Sept. 20: An ambulance was requested in Nevis for a male on the football field with a broken arm;

Sept. 21: An ambulance was requested in Arago Twp. for a male who was crushed by vehicles earlier and went to the ER, saying his stitches had opened up and he was bleeding again; An ambulance was requested in Nevis Twp. for an elderly female with a bad headache and balance issues; An ambulance was requested in Helga Twp. for a female who passed out and hit her head on the way down; An ambulance was requested in Arago Twp. for a male who had been throwing up for days and was possibly dehydrated; An ambulance was requested in Farden Twp. for a female having trouble breathing; An ambulance was requested in Farden Twp. for a male with a catheter having a bladder issue; An ambulance was requested in Crow Wing Lake Twp. for a male having severe chest pains; An ambulance was requested on County 39 for a 5-year-old who was coughing and choking;

Sept. 22: An ambulance was requested on County 93 for a male who couldn’t get out of bed; An ambulance was requested on 219th Ave. for a male feeling unwell and weak; An ambulance was requested on County 25 for a male with a recent hip fracture who fell;

Sept. 23: An ambulance was requested on County 86 for a female going through delirium tremens;

Sept. 24: A medical alarm was activated in Thorpe Twp. and when alarm company attempted contact, the subscriber’s wife answered, seemed confused and hung up;

Sept. 25: A medical alarm was activated on County 40 and there was no contact with the subscriber; An ambulance was requested on County 86 for a female highly intoxicated on an unknown substance.

Miscellaneous: Sept. 19: A Todd Twp. caller complained about someone’s yard; A County 24 caller had questions about a boat title; A State Hwy. 34 caller reported a vehicle parked in a lot for the past five days for unknown reasons; A caller reported a bike with two flat tires had been there for a couple days; A County 16 caller was suspicious about a U-Haul that pulled into their driveway; An elderly female in Akeley Twp. reported her kitchen stove was making weird noises and she didn’t know what to do, sounding confused; A 110th St. caller reported neighbors were shooting in the direction of her yard and wanted someone to talk to them, saying she was concerned about her kids and grandkids; A County 32 caller reported neighbors were shooting lots of rounds after dark;

Sept. 20: A U.S. Hwy. 71 caller in the Menahga area wanted to speak with an officer about issues with people staying at his house without permission; An open-line 911 call had people chattering in the background and no answer upon call back, but dispatch left a voicemail; Law enforcement did a school walk-through in Laporte; An open-line 911 call had no sound in the background and upon callback the line went to voicemail; A caller reported a suspicious, makeshift tent at a campground;

Sept. 21: A caller requested officer assistance retrieving property in Henrietta Twp.; Law enforcement did a business check in Nevis; A County 91 caller complained about a public nuisance; A 317th Ave. caller reported suspicious activity; A County 13 caller wanted to speak to a deputy about a custody issue; An officer reported suspicious activity in Park Rapids;

Sept. 22: An Akeley caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in a church lot with lights on for half an hour; A caller had a question about an ATV safety class; Law enforcement did a business check in Nevis; A Nevis caller was suspicious of a female driving by and taking pictures of caller’s house; A County 93 caller reported suspicious activity with security lights;

Sept. 23: Law enforcement did a business check in Nevis; Law enforcement did a school walk-through in Nevis; A 460th St. caller requested advice on keeping an unwanted person off their property;

Sept. 24: A 911 hang-up came from a Nevis Twp. location where, upon callback, a female answered but said nothing else, with the same results two more times; An AIS inspector reported a vehicle pulled a pontoon out of the lake and drove off without letting her inspect it, saying she tried to stop them and they didn’t strap it down either; A Henrietta Twp. caller reported a suspicious SUV on the road; A Hendrickson Twp. caller posted a TikTok video and seemed paranoid, believing people were out to get her;

Sept. 25: A U.S. Hwy. 71 caller in the Park Rapids area requested officer assistance; A 319th Ave. caller had questions for an officer about her children; A County 2 caller reported hearing shots fired from a vehicle.

Traffic: Sept. 19: A caller reported debris on the roadway;

Sept. 20: A motorist was stopped for careless driving; A caller reported a tree in the roadway; A caller reported an oncoming Buick SUV that “intentionally” swerved into her lane; A Mercury Mountaineer was reported swerving all over the roadway at fluctuating speeds;

Sept. 21: A Park Rapids caller reported debris on the roadway; A caller reported a Chevy car swerving all over the roadway, almost going into the ditch; A motorist assist was requested on U.S. Hwy. 2 for a vehicle smoking in a driveway;

Sept. 22: Law enforcement stopped an ATV on County 25;

Sept. 23: Officer assistance was requested in Park Rapids for a mini-truck inspection; A caller complained about a van swerving all over the road;

Sept. 24: The Straight River Twp. clerk reported a resident complaining of side-by-sides damaging the roadway; A caller reported a vehicle in the roadway, missing a window;

Sept. 25: A floating bog was reported blocking a public access; A vehicle pulling a camper had a flat tire, and caller reported roadside assistance was en route but requested an officer to assist with traffic; An officer provided motorist assist.
