The family home sits in the middle of a nature reserve surrounded by over two acres of lush nature and trees.

As well as a cool place to store your wine, this property also includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and boasts over 2.56 acres of land.

Inside, the home boasts an eat-in kitchen with tile floors and oak cabinets as well a spacious family room and a formal dining room that comes complete with wood finishes.

She added: 'My husband noticed that there was just a little bitty hole and there was air coming out of the hole, and the weeds were just blowing;' they then enlisted the help of archeologists and dug away until they reached the rocks

Estate agent Lori Largen said: 'Since my listing went viral, it has been crazy.

'It's a beautiful piece of property on 2.56 acres sitting in a park-like-setting. It boasts over 110 trees and the best part is the cavern on the property.'

She added: 'My phone has been inundated with calls every day since then. Emails, people wanting to see the house.'

Although the owners put a lot of love in the home and in discovering the cave, they decided it was time to sell.

The unique home has caused quite the reaction online after it was shared on Facebook, amassing 17,000 likes.

'I am highly offended by the fact that they didn't build the house so that the entrance to the cave is behind a moving bookcase in the library that is opened by a false candlestick. No imagination at all,' joked one user.

Another person said: 'A literal man cave! Except I would probably be in there hiding from my kid more than him.'

One user commented: 'That house is a sinkhole waiting to happen. On the other hand, you'd have a great place to survive the zombie apocalypse.'

'As cool as the cave is, that's a big nope for claustrophobic me,' commented one user.

Another viewer said: 'You would never make it that tornado shelter is too far from the house.'

'That's where you hide the bodies,' said another amused user.

One user wrote: 'For some reason 'demon vortex' comes to my mind. I don't know if I'd sleep well there or manage to not become possessed.'

The property is currently available with Lori Largen of JB Goodwin for $875,000.
